Privacy notice.
We collect little about you, sell none of it, and treat the families who appear in public records the way we would want ours treated.
§ 01Who we are
Delta Property Data (“Delta”, “we”) runs the dashboard at this address and the pipeline that fills it. This notice explains what we collect about the people who use Delta, and how we treat the people who appear in the public records it compiles.
§ 02What we collect from you
- Access requests — your name, email, company, where you buy and your note, plus a one-way hash of your IP address that we use only to limit repeat submissions.
- Your account — name, email, sign-in credentials, the account and seat you belong to, and when you accepted which version of our terms.
- Your work — the views, notes, tasks, contacts and statuses you and your team record against leads. These belong to your account and are never visible to another customer.
- Service logs — the technical records any web service keeps: times, pages and errors, used to run and secure the service.

§ 03How we use it
To provide the service, reply to your requests, bill your subscription, keep accounts secure, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
§ 04The people in the records
The service compiles public records about properties, and those records name people: owners of record, decedents, heirs, and the parties to court cases. We take that information only from public sources and published notices, show it only to subscribers, and show every field with the record it came from.
§ 05Who processes it
We use a small number of providers, each bound to process data only on our behalf:
- Supabase — database and sign-in;
- Vercel — hosting for this website and dashboard;
- Amazon Web Services — the servers that read the county records;
- Stripe — invoices and subscription billing.
All of them process data in the United States.
§ 06How long we keep it
Access requests are kept for a year unless they become an account. Account data is kept for as long as the account is open, then deleted within ninety days of closing, apart from what we must keep for billing and legal records.
§ 07Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving email from us. Write to privacy@deltapropertydata.com; we answer within thirty days.
§ 08Security
Every customer’s data is separated at the database, not just in the interface: one account cannot read another’s leads, notes or contacts even by mistake. Connections are encrypted, and access to production systems is limited to the people who run them.
§ 09Changes and contact
When this notice changes we update the “last recorded” date above. Questions: privacy@deltapropertydata.com. The rules for using the service are in the Terms of service.
§ 10Where our data comes from
Every lead is assembled from public records and from death data. The records come from the county offices that hold them: the auditor (owners of record, values, transfers), the treasurer (balances due, special assessments), the recorder (the deeds themselves, downloaded and kept), the clerk (foreclosures), probate (whether an estate is open), and obituaries for a date of death. Death data comes from a commercial file.
